Enjoy our spacious and family-friendly two-bedroom apartment in the heart of trendy Brooklyn. You will find everything our boroughhas to offer just a few steps away, and many things you didn't expect inside, like a fully finished spacious basement, peaceful and fully renovated backyard, private entrance and your ownwasher and dryer. Your stay will be comfortable and convenient whether you are visiting New York for the first time or seasoned citizens of the city.

Walk into our warm two-bedroom apartment and get a feel for that Brooklyn charm with an exposed brick wall in the open living, dining and kitchen space. Then make your way out the back door to get some fresh and quiet air in our green and tree-filled back yard. Did you ever expect to hear birds chirping in Brooklyn?

The front bedroom has two single beds, a dresser and closet, and the back bedroom has a queen-size bed with dresser and closet. This floor is finished with a full bath that includes a wonderful spa shower head and jetted tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking tools, coffee and and coffee maker, along with a full-size refrigerator and dish washer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The living/dining area has a queen-size pull-out couch, a table for six and a TV with access to Netflix, Amazon and other streaming services.

Downstairs you will find a huge finished basement with washer and dryer, a desk and chair area and plenty of room for kids to play, as well as another full bath with a spacious shower, a queen-size pull-out couch with memory foam topper, and another television.

This apartment is located in a walking-friendly neighborhood, with the huge and beautiful Herbert Von King Park a few blocks away. Pass your choice of coffee shops on the way, or go the other direction a few blocks and you'll be at the subway with easy transit to the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan. There is a gourmet grocery store two blocks away, as well as many bars and restaurants. Street parking is also pretty easy but be sure to read the "Alternate Parking Rules" carefully!

Our family lives in the house right above the apartment. We are generally available in person for any questions or requests. We are happy to let our visitors be if they prefer, but also enjoy meeting and talking to new people if they like to socialize. Our kids are also eager friend-makers!
